• Partial COD is available — pay only ₹49 while placing the order and pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery. This amount is charged as a COD confirmation fee to verify genuine orders and enable faster processing.

• Important: The ₹49 Partial COD fee is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at delivery, remains undelivered, or is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons.

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We currently do not offer returns, but you can exchange your item for a different size or another product from our store.

• To process your exchange smoothly, please share an unboxing video and clear product photos for verification.
