Please ensure that all items included in the package are present at the time of delivery.

β If You Receive a Damaged Product
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order ID
- Attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing:
- Outer packaging
- Product label
- Visible damage
- Order ID on the package or invoice
