  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer returns.
  • Exchanges are available for:

    • Fitting issues
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong product received
    • Any valid product-related concern
    • Exchange for another product from our store
  • If the new product price differs:
    • Higher price: Pay the remaining amount
    • Lower price: Remaining amount will be refunded
  • Mandatory Proof Required:
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear product photos

🚚 Pickup & Exchange Charges

  • We provide reverse pickup service for exchanges.
  • A β‚Ή200 pickup charge applies.
  • You may also send the product to our warehouse at your own shipping cost.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to courier the product yourself.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached

Products that are worn, washed, or used are not eligible for exchange.

  • A product can be exchanged only once.
  • Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched only after our quality check is completed.
