At BLUEARK, your satisfaction matters to us. If you face any issue with your order, please read the policy below for a smooth exchange experience.
β Eligibility
- We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are available for size, fitting, damaged items, or other concerns, or to swap with another product from our store.
- If the exchanged product has a different price, the amount will be adjusted accordingly (you either pay or receive the difference).
- Unboxing video and product photos are mandatory as proof for any exchange request. Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.

π Exchange Pickup & Charges
- We provide a reverse pickup service for exchanges.
- A βΉ200 pickup charge applies, or you may ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
- If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, youβll need to courier the product yourself.
- The product must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.
π Exchange Policy
- A product can be exchanged only once.
- Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- Once the product passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched.
πΈ Price Adjustment Policy
If you choose a different product:
- If it costs more β you pay the difference
- If it costs less β the remaining amount will be refunded

- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Worn, washed, or used products are not eligible
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
