β Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- We do not offer returns.
- Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues
- Fitting issues
- Damaged products
- Wrong product received
- Any valid product-related concern
- Exchange for another product from our store
- If the new product price differs:
- Higher price: Pay the remaining amount
- Lower price: Remaining amount will be refunded

π Pickup & Exchange Charges
- We provide reverse pickup service for exchanges.
- A βΉ200 pickup charge applies.
- You may also send the product to our warehouse at your own shipping cost.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to courier the product yourself.
π¦ Product Condition Requirements
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Products that are worn, washed, or used are not eligible for exchange.
π Exchange Rules
- A product can be exchanged only once.
- Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
- Replacement products will be dispatched only after our quality check is completed.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
