  • We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns.
  • Exchanges are available for size, fitting, damaged items, or other concerns, or to swap with another product from our store.
  • If the exchanged product has a different price, the amount will be adjusted accordingly (you either pay or receive the difference).
  • Unboxing video and product photos are mandatory as proof for any exchange request. Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.

🚚 Exchange Pickup & Charges

  • We provide a reverse pickup service for exchanges.
  • A β‚Ή200 pickup charge applies, or you may ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
  • If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to courier the product yourself.
  • The product must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.

  • A product can be exchanged only once.
  • Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • Once the product passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched.

If you choose a different product:
