We pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days so it reaches you quickly.
• Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
• Partial COD is available — pay only ₹49 while placing the order and pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery. This amount is charged as a COD confirmation fee to verify genuine orders and enable faster processing.
• Important: The ₹49 Partial COD fee is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at delivery, remains undelivered, or is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons.
• You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We currently do not offer returns, but you can exchange your item for a different size or another product from our store.
• To process your exchange smoothly, please share an unboxing video and clear product photos for verification.
• Contact us through WhatsApp or Email, and our team will help you with the exchange process.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged by us and may include a small pickup charge.
